Long time manufacturer of precision turned components, Prescott Products has been in the machining business for over 50 years. Founded in the 1940’s and purchased by Melling in the 1980’s Prescott specializes in high-volume precision Swiss-type turning. At one time Prescott Products was an industry leader in screw machine manufacturing; however, Prescott has continued to grow and evolve and in the spirit of expansion with ever-changing technology Prescott has made the transition to Swiss Turning.
Known in the business for zero PPM’s among its vast customer base Prescott has dominated the industry. Not only does Prescott offer state of the art CNC machining along with trusted Screw Machine operations, Prescott also houses a multitude of machines ranging from multiple spindle automatics, to single spindle CNC machines, to Escomatics, as well as, a wide range of secondary operations that enables the complete manufacture of parts in-house.
Our 19,000 sq ft location is conveniently located 10 minutes off the freeway just northeast of central Michigan. Prescott Products boasts two building facility that sits on 3.2 acres of commercial property, with a large amount of open capacity and room to grow currently it is a one shift operation.
